The aim of the project is to increase the awareness of quality in all stages of olive oil production. On the other hand, producers and technical staff should also be informed about the importance of authenticity of olive oil. For this purpose, national seminars for technical staff who is currently working on the olive oil industry and the vocational school students who are studying in this field will be organized in at least five different regions where olive oil is produced.
